C-FLAT — Cultural Fluency Language Assessment Tool

A generator that asks the writer to compose a poetic or narrative line containing a set of drawn grammatical features — a partitive expression, a phrasal verb, a spatial prepositional phrase, a noun-and-noun collocation, a sentence adverb of cause and result.

It inverts the usual logic of language assessment. Instead of testing whether a writer can identify a construction, it hands them three constraints at random and asks them to make something worth reading out of the grammar itself.
